E. Deloris Hagerman, 86, of New Market, VA, formerly of Elkton, MD, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2023. Born in Neon, KY, on October 9, 1936, she was the daughter of the late William and Blanche Potter Barnett.

Deloris was a homemaker and a proud member of Living Waters Church of God, Newark, DE. She enjoyed baking, making homemade candies, reading, traveling, and loved spending time with family, especially children and grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, Frances A. Seiverd (Kevin), New Market, VA, Kathy D. Waldron, Greer, SC, Nanett Suchocki (Ken), Newark, DE, Jerri Lisa Urick (Rod), Leechburg, PA; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, Louise Childs, Patricia Bailey, both of Tazwell, TN, and Charles "Doug" Barnett (Patty), Lebanon, VA.; and numerous extended family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Ernest Waldron, and Jerry E. Hagerman; son, William E. Hagerman; and brother, Harry Barnett.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM, Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton Street, Elkton, MD. Funeral Service will begin 11 AM, Thursday, April 27, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Gilpin Manor Memorial Park, Elkton.
