Donald James Haley, 86, of Elkton, MD passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2024. Born in Chesapeake City, MD on October 10, 1937, he was the son of the late Thomas and Ella Wythe Haley

Donald retired after 40 years from the State Highway Administration as an Equipment Operator. He enjoyed time with his family and reminiscing on the front porch.

Survivors include his loving wife of 65 years, Lois Shires Haley; children, Steven Haley (Kathy), Elkton, MD, and Kendra Smick, North East, MD; 4 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Thomas Haley, Pauline Prewitt, and Dottie Morris.

Graveside service will be held 11 AM, Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at Union Cemetery, Union Church Road, Elkton, MD 21921.
