Debbie Ann Monroe, age 58, of Elkton, MD, passed away Thursday, November 18, 2021. Born in Elkton on March 4, 1963, she was the daughter of Larry and Gladys Kirk Wright, Elkton, MD.

Ms. Monroe had worked in credit collections at First USA Bank for 17 years. An adoring grandmother, she cherished time spent with her grandson, Adam. She loved the beach and going fishing and crabbing.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children, Megan Naughton (Stephen), Hernando Beach, FL, and James Monroe (Jamie), Berlin, MD; grandson, Adam Naughton, Hernando Beach, FL; and siblings, Karan Leas (David), Chesapeake City, MD, Shelley Pawley (David), Gary Wright (Carol), Larry Wright, and Vernon Wright (Michelle), all of Elkton, MD.

Memorial service and interment will be private.
