David Eugene Bolen, 68, of Elkton, MD passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2024. Born in Wilmington, DE on February 12, 1956, he was the son of the late Donald and Jeanette Okarski Bolen.

After serving in the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Bolen ventured into the world of business, purchasing a local pizza shop that would later become known as Rosa's Pizza in Elkton, which he along with his wife owned and operated for over 20 years. Dave will be remembered for his colorful personality and for making a great pizza.

Survivors include his loving wife of 42 years, Rose Marie Hunt Bolen; and his siblings, Michael (Renee), Rick (Ruth), Kathy, and Donna.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his only child, Danny; and nephew, Anthony.

All services will be private.
