Clarence "Bob" Robert Webb, Sr., 88, of Elkton, MD passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Born in Cecilton, MD on April 10, 1936, he was the son of the late Clarence Jr. and Helen Marvel Webb.

Mr. Webb had been a distinguished Maryland Registered Land Surveyor and owner of United Paving Company. He pursued his passion at Clemson University, where he graduated in 1958 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Clarence enjoyed simple pleasures in life such as reading, going to the beach, genealogy, and loved to work, especially outdoors.

Survivors include his loving wife of 69 years, Edith Nocke Webb; children, Jeffrey T. Webb (Kalli), Elkton, MD; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Ann Reynolds, Elkton, MD; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his children, Clarence R. "Bobby" Webb, Jr., Daniel M. "Reds" Webb, and Judith Webb Lockard; and siblings, James Craig, Betty Juba, and Helen Dennison.

Funeral service will be held 11 AM, Saturday, June 1, 2024 at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton Street, Elkton, MD 21921, with visitation beginning at 10 AM. Interment will be in Gilpin Manor Memorial Park, Elkton, MD.
