Cheryl Moran Robinson, 78, of Elkton, MD passed away on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. Born on April 3, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Elizabeth Thomas Moran.

Cheryl dedicated many years to serving the community as an administrative assistant with the State of Maryland's Department of Social Services. In retirement, she found joy in reading her favorite books, sharing stories, and spending meaningful time with her loved ones. She will be deeply missed.

Survivors include her son, George Baluta II (Tracey), Elkton, MD; grandson, Sean McDaniel; and her siblings, James Moran (Kathy), Rita Norman (Phil), Gary Moran, and Kimberly Wood-Savini (Steve).

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 40 years, Richard "Rob" Robinson; and sister-in-law, Beth Moran.

Funeral service will be held 11 AM, Monday, August 18, 2025, at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton Street, Elkton, MD 21921, with visitation beginning at 10 AM. Interment will be in Gilpin Manor Memorial Park, Elkton, MD.
