Charlotte Joan McCool, 91, of Elkton, MD passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. Born in Kelton, PA on May 30, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Chester Hamm and Alice Minnie Testerman.

Charlotte retired from the First National Bank of North East, where she rose to the esteemed position of Senior Vice President. Beyond her professional achievements, she was often found boating alongside her husband. Cruises were another favorite pastime, and during winter months she enjoyed traveling to Florida with her friends in the warm sunshine.

Survivors include her daughters, Robin Ristenbatt (Ed), Elkton, MD, and Susan Essich-Krose (Jimmy), Greenville, SC; 2 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and 1 sister.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 66 years, Daniel H. McCool; and 7 siblings.
