Charles Edward Rossiter, Jr., 82, of Port Deposit, MD passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2024. Born in Darby, PA on September 16, 1941, he was the son of the late Charles E. Sr., and Ethel S. MacKenzie Rossiter.

A U. S. Air Force veteran, Mr. Rossiter retired as the Lead Pastor of Baldwin United Methodist Church. He enjoyed model trains, airplanes, and fishing.

Survivors include his children, Sandra Girouard, Birmingham, AL, Matthew Rossiter, Port Deposit, MD, Joann Rossiter, Azle, TX, Sandra Lodge, Earleville, MD, Lori Kinkead, Joseph Green, both of Radcliff, KY, and Karen Green, Christiana, DE; 15 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Betty McIlhenny, and Ward Rossiter.

Funeral service with Military Honors will be held 11 AM, Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at Baldwin United Methodist Church, 756 Elk Mills Road, Elk Mills, MD 21920, with visitation beginning at 9 AM. Interment will be private in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
