Cecil Fields, 77, of Colora, MD, passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2023. Born in Wise County, Virginia, on March 28, 1946, he was the son of the late John D. and Betty Jo Wilson Fields.

A Vietnam veteran of the U.S. Army, Mr. Fields worked as a maintenance technician for Chrysler Corporation, Newark, DE, for 37 years. After retiring he continued his love for working on cars.

He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Mary Lou Rash Fields; son, Harvey Lee Mowbray, Port Deposit, MD; step-children, Tommy E. Cole, Jr., Mickleton, NJ, and Yvonne M. Herrmann, Orlando, FL; 6 grandchildren; and siblings, Brenda Dingus, Wise, VA, Janet Tilger, Wilmington, DE, Loretta Kay Nance, Carol Jones, and Donald Fields, all of Elkton, MD.

Funeral service and interment will be private.
