Carol Leah Rein, age 66, of Newark, DE, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2022. Born in Wilmington, DE, on February 11, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Hazel O'Neill Rein.

Carol retired from Christina School District where she worked as a school bus driver. She enjoyed traveling, but she loved baking and cooking.

Survivors include her long-time friend, L. Allen Helsel, Jr.; siblings, Robert and Dianne Rein; niece, Erin Rein; nephews, Bobby and John Rein; and numerous great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Rickie Rein.

Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, January 2, 2023, at Epworth Cemetery, Rehoboth Beach, DE.
