Andrew Clifford Moore, 78, of Rising Sun, MD passed away on Monday, November 10, 2025. Born in Elkton, MD on December 31, 1946, he was the son of the late Thomas Clifford and Virginia Kidd Moore.

Survivors include his brother, Clifford Moore (Virginia), Ocean Pines, DE, and sister, Teresa White (Tom), Winter Haven, FL.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Shirley Lobascio.

Graveside service will be held 11 AM, Friday, November 14, 2025, at Cherry Hill Methodist Cemetery, 33 Elk Mills Road, Elkton, MD  21921.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Crossroads Bible Church, 144 Appleton Road, Elkton, MD  21921.
