Amanda "Mandy" Sue Pannell, 36, of North East, MD passed away on Friday, May 2, 2025. Born in Newark, DE on November 23, 1988, she was the daughter of John and Tracy Pierson Pannell, North East, MD.

Mandy had worked in the retail industry as a dedicated sales clerk. Outside of work, she found joy in life's simple and peaceful moments. She enjoyed solving puzzles, listening to music, and expressing herself through drawing. Mandy shared a special bond with her dog, Coco, who was her constant companion and brought her endless joy. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, survivors include her brother, John Pannell (Christine), Reisterstown, MD; and many cousins and extended family members.

Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Cecil County Animal Services Foundation at 3280 Augustine Herman Hwy, Chesapeake City, MD 21915, or to Hicks Home for Funerals, P.A. at 103 W. Stockton Street, Elkton, MD 21921 to help defray funeral expenses.
