Alice Marie Reynolds, 90, of Elkton, MD passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2024. Born in Elkton on December 25, 1933, she was the daughter of the late James Sr. and Edith Castelow Bowlsbey.

Alice had a long and varied career, starting as one of the very first telephone operators in Elkton, then became a ward clerk at Union Hospital. She later worked as a clerk at American Home & Hardware for many years prior to her retirement. Alice had a passion for flower gardening, quilting, and crafting, especially creating Christmas ornaments. Though her greatest joy was spending quality time with her family. An avid Baltimore Oriole's fan, she could always be found cheering on her favorite team.

Survivors include her daughters, Donna Snyder, Anita Magaw, and Patricia Jones; grandchildren, Kelly Fortune, Jason Magaw, Timothy Snyder, Chris Snyder, Caitlyn Jones, and Patrick Jones; great-grandchildren, Angelena Magaw, Tyler Snyder, Annabelle Snyder, and Joseph Snyder; and brother, Joseph Bowlsbey.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 71 years, Sterling Reynolds, Jr.; and siblings, Edith May Ralston, James Bowlsbey, Jr., Robert Bowlsbey, and Harold Bowlsbey.

Graveside service will be held 2 PM, Monday, July 1, 2024 at Union Cemetery, 440 Union Church Road, Elkton, MD 21921.
