Albert Ray Carroll, 97, of Elkton, MD passed away on Friday, September 25, 2026. Born in Elkton, MD on February 18, 1929, he was the son of the late John J. and Laura Deibert Carroll.

Mr. Carroll was the proud owner and operator of Alvan Television. He. was well known for his skill, hard work, and dedication to helping others through his television repair business. In his younger years, Mr. Carroll enjoyed flying his small plane, a hobby that brought him great enjoyment and a sense of adventure.

Survivors include his niece JoAnne Reeves, great-nephews; Alan Reeves Jr., John Reeves, and Brian Carroll, great-nieces; Crystal Carroll and Katie Carroll and numerous great-great-nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother; William H. Carroll, sister; Helen May Carroll, nephew; Michael W. Carroll, niece; Susan Carroll, and great-nephew; Michael R. Carroll.

Graveside service will be held 1 PM, Thursday, October 1, 2026, at Elkton Cemetery, Elkton, MD 21921.
